This quaint and unique space is brand new and will have you smiling your entire stay. Enjoy a queen bed downstairs and a queen bed in the loft. This is the perfect place for people on a work trip, traveling as a couple, rock climbers visiting Sinks Canyon, or for an entire a family.

Good to know

The bed in the loft requires access from a steep ladder and walking across a catwalk, so it is for the adventurous at heart. There is a kitchenette but not a full kitchen. Most guest eat out or reheat meals, as the set up is not ideal for full kitchen meal preparation.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandy’s guest home. It was quiet, very private, and close to downtown. Although there is no kitchen, we still were very happy with the space. They even brought us fresh banana muffins one morning! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Brian and Mandy's place. it's brand new and great for short visits to lander. the lack of a full kitchen is the only drawback to making it comfortable for long stays, but it was great for a weekend trip. wifi speeds were 42mb down and 11mb up. it is in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood. hosts were responsive and helpful. the place is well stocked with all the necessities, which is always appreciated. overall, it's a great place to stay.
